Marck’d is on the prowl for Wilmington area businesses who would love to tap into the UNCW community for help solving a problem or producing work. UNCW has a large pool of extremely intelligent, creative and innovative young minds and Marck’d would like to help both parties make that connection.

There are a few projects that professors will be assigning this summer during summer classes that we think local businesses could benefit from. We’d like the students in those classes to allow us to partner them up with a local business so that your classwork becomes a real, professional deliverable, making a difference in the local community.

The Wilmington businesses benefit greatly by getting a fresh look at an industry issue or project, and paying MUCH less than they would to hire a high powered consulting firm.

Students benefit by getting their feet wet in producing quality work for an actual company. They will also learn real life issues being faced in the business world, help to build their resume, build a network with local businesses and be compensated for their time, intellect and effort.

Marck’d will ensure that the work will be completed by university students in the United States who we feel are best qualified to serve your needs.  The students will get a percentage of the sale since it is, after all, their brainpower and hard work that accomplished the task.  Help out the college community by giving them a beginner’s taste of corporate America!
